NAS Oceana MWR Fitness challenges you to Weight-It-Up. Build a fleet of Navy ships by lifting, their total weight during your workout. Add up the total amount of weight lifted during resistance training sessions to accumulate prizes. Weight is compounded and every ship built wins a prizes. Top male and female at the end of the challenge wins a grand prize!
