Start your weekend warrior-style with a two-hour endurance workout at Dam Neck Fitness Center from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. on the following Saturdays:
Challenge yourself to complete all four Saturdays. Complete a pre-planned warm-up, high intensity endurance workout, and regeneration program. This is open to all active duty, Reservists and DoD civilians.
