Come out to our Foods with Flair cooking class on Saturday, January 18 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Casual Gormet by Culinary Institute of Virginia.

Sweet & Spicy Rum Glazed Chicken
Pan-Seared Fish with Black Bean, Jicama & Corn Relish
Green Beans with Almonds
Rum Cake with Caramelized Bananas
E-1 to E-6 - $15 per class
All others - $30 per class
Call the Dam Neck Oasis front desk to register. Registration for these classes began December 1. Space is limited so sign up early! A shuttle will be provided to and from the class from Dam Neck Annex. Shuttle will depart at 5 p.m. This is open to active duty, Reservists, retirees, DoD civilians & eligible family members ages 18 and older.
All participants will get packets with all of the recipes for each evenings menu as well as keepsake Casual Gourmet aprons. Please let us know if anyone in your party has food allergies/sensitivites.
