With the current spread of COVID-19, the priorities for Mid-Atlantic Fleet & Family Readiness Programs are to protect personnel and support the mission. We are developing this web page to provide the most current information for MWR, CYP, Housing, FFSC and Galley closures, cancellations and adjusted services.

Installation News

Galley

• Galley is grab and go only.

• Operation hours

  • Monday through Friday
    • Breakfast - 6 to 8:00 a.m.; Lunch 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; Dinner 3:30 to 5:00 p.m.
  • Saturday, Sunday & Holidays
    • Breakfast - 8 to 9:30 a.m.; Lunch 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; Dinner 3:30 to 5:00 p.m.

Fleet & Family Support Services (FFSC)

• FFSC Oceana is open for virtual appointments only. In-person services will be limited to crisis situations related to sexual assault, domestic violence and suicide. For all other services, we are encouraging customers to call to make a virtual appointment at 757-433-2912. 
• FFSC Dam neck Center will be closed until further notice. 
• FFSC Oceana/ Dam Neck will suspend all group education classes and workshops. This includes all program offerings, both on-site and those hosted at commands. 

Child and Youth Programs

• Oceana's CDC is OPEN for essential personnel only. 
• Dam Neck CCD is CLOSED.
• All CDC outreach events are cancelled until further notice.
• All Youth Sports, Youth/Teen Programs, field trips away from Navy Childcare facilities are cancelled.

MWR NAS Oceana & Dam Neck Annex Facilities Open

• Ocean Pines RV Park - OPEN from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. 
• Oceana Auto Skills - OPEN Tuesday to Sunday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
• Oceana Great Escape - OPEN, Monday to Sunday 2 p.m. to 9 p.m.
• Oceana 545 Fitness Center - OPEN; Monday to Friday from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. for Active Duty/ Reserve Only. Retirees and dependents can use the gym from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. 
• Oceana Outdoor Equipment Rental - OPEN; Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Oceana Freedom Lanes Bowling Center - OPEN, Monday to Sunday 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. 
• Aeropines Golf Course - OPEN
• Skeet & Trap - OPEN; Wednesday to Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Dam Neck Cottages - OPEN from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
