Join NAS Oceana MWR Fitness beginning Monday, February 14 through Friday, April 15 for an eight-week running program to improve your cardiovascular fitness. Meetings or workouts will be held three days per week from 11:30 a.m. to noon at Flightline Fitness Center. We will be covering running mechanics, proper footwear, dynamic stretching techniques, increasing pace, and strength. After completing all eight weeks you will receive a shirt. This program will end with our Spring 5K run.
