Think you know NOFFS? Think again! Come learn how to make personal workouts or your command PT program to the next level. This one-day course is open to anyone interested in upping his or her fitness and nutrition game. It will give you the tools to revamp your workouts and/or create a balanced, effective command PT program.
This training is designed to:
- Improve athletic and operational performance
- Provide foundational and performance nutrition
- Decrease the incidence/severity of muskoskeletal physical training-related injuries
The one-day training course will be held from 11 a.m. to 4:40 p.m. on Wednesday, January 31st; Wednesday, February 7th; and Wednesday, March 14.
